Muffulettas was founded in 2011. Its mission: build a repertoire of funky, danceable music built around New Orleans acts from the second half of last century. Music from artists whose sound shaped the evolution of rock and soul. Artists like Professor Longhair, the Wild Tchoupitoulas, Dr. John, King Floyd.

What we aim to do is turn our fans on to this rich heritage. It'll feel familiar, even if it's not. Because so much of what is familiar is based on this work.

But not all our repertoire is made up of obscure gems from The Big Easy. There's a little Aretha, a little Ray Charles. Some tunes we penned ourselves.

Any way you cut it, Muffulettas delivers music that's infectious, makes you dance, and makes you happy to be alive.
